Warranty

We are not liable for delays in the receipt of SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider or network operator.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms, the Program, or related services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming before one arbitrator administered by JAMS.

Claims over $250,000 will follow JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules; claims at or below $250,000 will follow JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. Wyoming law applies, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration proceedings.

Proceedings must be conducted on an individual basis only. Class or representative actions are waived. If a claim proceeds in court, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.

Arbitration decisions are final and binding. Each party will share arbitration costs equally unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.

Miscellaneous

You represent that you have authority to agree to these Terms. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
